1. Discovery Meeting
Our initial meeting will involve a relaxed yet productive conversation to establish a deep understanding of your goals and needs.
We will cover key financial concepts, including our "How Wealth Works" framework.
If it's a good fit for us to work together, we will proceed with collecting your financial information on a comprehensive one-page Financial Needs Analysis.
We then take 3-5 days to prepare recommendations and strategy.
2. Strategy Meeting
At our second meeting, we'll present you with a proposal that may include managed investments, life insurance strategies, principal protection plans, tax-free retirement accounts, children's accounts, and options for preserving your wealth with a properly structured trust and will.
If you like the plan, we'll begin the application process for each account.
If you feel the timing isn't right, no worries. You can keep your plan and contact us when you're ready.
3. Implementation
The implementation stage typically takes 2-3 weeks and involves life insurance underwriting, carrier suitability reviews, and the transfer of funds from your previous brokerage or bank.
During these two weeks, we try to keep the process as smooth as possible with little to no paperwork on your end; nearly everything is Docusign through email.
Sean, Megan, and our Client Relationship Manager, Jennifer Scott, will keep in touch to ensure there are no interruptions to opening new accounts.
4. Delivery Meeting
Once new accounts have been opened and/or funds have been transferred, we will meet one more time to help you e-sign any delivery documents, if needed, and assist you in creating usernames and log-ins for your new accounts.
5. Annual Review Meetings
Every year, we'll schedule a short meeting to assess your existing accounts and adapt them to accommodate any changes to the stock market, interest rates, and any updates to your life, income, expenses, employment, etc...
You will also have full unlimited access to Sean & Megan through phone, text, and email when questions arise throughout the year.
